Sketchbook Quilting is Sarah’s approachable, uninhibited, “no rules” style of free-motion quilting. In this fun hands-on workshop, you will become more comfortable with drawing your own style of free-motion designs. You’ll turn these designs into multiple groupings and combinations by building off the foundation pieces Sarah will teach. In doing so, you’ll be ready to create your own set of personal go-to designs, practice fillers, and develop the muscle memory of drawing the doodles. Sarah will show you how to use a variety of rulers and stencils to help create basic shapes and line guides for the doodling. Supply List click here

In this full day workshop, Sarah will teach different elements from her pattern book, “Rainbow Quilt Color Method,” for an info-filled day of different piecing methods and techniques. Once the class concludes, you’ll leave with blocks and units to continue making the quilts from her book. Sarah will provide templates for each section of the class. It should be a great learning experience!

In this hands-on class, Gina Perkes will guide you through the essentials of free motion ruler quilting, showing you how to create clean lines, graceful curves, and professional-looking designs using quilting rulers.
You’ll learn how to safely and confidently use rulers with your sewing machine, choose the right tools, and position your hands for smooth, controlled stitching. Gina will demonstrate a variety of ruler techniques and motifs, along with tips for troubleshooting common challenges like slipping, uneven stitches, and spacing.
This class is perfect for confident beginners who are comfortable with basic free motion quilting, as well as experienced quilters looking to expand their design skills.
