Reeze Hanson will be our speaker from Morning Glory Designs. Click Here to see her website. She is a retired College Professor that has turned her knowledge and skill of dressmaking into quilting. She loves to do traditional and modern methods of one-patch quilting along with machine applique for the busy/working quilter. Building color confidence and finding inspiration for quilts in a variety of places gives her the opportunity to share all aspects of her work with beginners as well as experienced quilters.

Her class will be held on November 19th all day learning how to use her simple applique methods and sharing her tips and tricks! Her knowledge of EQ8 is well known in the area of computerized designing and can answer questions about designing on the computer. The cost of this class will be $30.00 to include the pattern or a kit is available for $45.00 which includes the pattern and fabric.

• Workshop
• Our November Workshop was a great success!  Many completed this project and were surprised to learn this piece was going to be the first of 12 for the year 2020 from Morningglorydesigns.com.  Reeze Hanson is using this piece as her BOM for 2020 so we had a head start!  The day was spent fusing, cutting, sewing and overlaying pieces to complete a wall hanging of southwest pots.  Great tips were shared about thread and needles so this should be easy to complete!
