At the October 26, 2015 Community Quilts workshop, with permission from the board, Terri New, a friend of Kay Denny came to interview and film us for a Prescott promotional video. The video is part of a series on Prescott that she is filming entitled “Humans of Prescott.”

Our community service:

Community Quilts is a service project of Mountain Top Quilters. We meet monthly at Las Fuentes Retirement Center for a workday on the 4th Monday of every month except December. We create quilt tops, kits and “sandwich” quilts for machine or hand quilting or ty. These quilts are donated throughout Yavapai County to non-profit hospices, children’s adoptive services and women’s shelters.
