The ECHOS program is offered to Mountain Top Quilters members during the afternoon following the general meeting. Instruction in different quilttechniques or information on how to do various projects is presented. The classes are usually taught by an MTQG member free of charge or for a nominal fee to cover the cost of supplies incurred by the instructor.

ECHOS was devised by Evelyn Russell in 2003. She and Jimmie Johnson have continued to chair this important MTQG activity until July 2014. Jimmie is now joined by Jan Walls and Darlene Williams in overseeing ECHOS.
